If you are a cross-border e-commerce seller or a freelancer who needs to receive payments from abroad, you must be aware of the difficulties of cross-border payments. Due to different e-commerce platforms, payment methods, exchange rates, fees and other factors, you may face issues like slow payments, high costs, and considerable risks.

Today, we are going to share a very popular payment platform – PingPong, which makes cross-border payments more convenient and safe.

What is PingPong?

PingPong, a company established in China, primarily offers cross-border payment services for international sellers.

It facilitates payment collections from diverse e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Wish, and Shopify. In addition, PingPong supports foreign trade B2B payments, export tax refunds, VAT tax payments, SAAS enterprise services, and more.

PingPong’s Fees

In general, PingPong’s payment fees are usually 1%, and there are no annual fees or other additional fees.

The specific payment fees will vary depending on the currency, amount, frequency and other factors of the payment. You can check the payment details and fee situation on PingPong’s website or APP.
